Andres Humberto Cervantes

Andres Humberto Cervantes, 64, of Bruce passed from this life on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. Born on June 26, 1957, in Valle Hermoso, Mexico he was a son to Soledad-Espinicueta and the late Andres-Cervantes.

He leaves behind an expansive family to continue walking down the path of life in his absence: mother, Soledad-Espinicueta; five sons: Andres Cervantes of Texas; Ruben Cervantes of Bruce; Victor Cervantes of San Antonio, Texas; Lorenzo Cervantes of Texas; and Carlos Cervantes of Denver, Colorado; one daughter, Elizabeth Cervantes of Corpus Christi, Texas; one stepson, Jeffery (Jennifer) Oliver of Bruce; one stepdaughter, Sylivia York of Bruce; fourteen grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; three brothers: Jesus Ceravntes of Brownsville, Texas; Juau Antonio Cervantes of Brownsville, Texas; and Rigoberto Cervantes of Brownsville, Texas five sisters: Soledad Letica Cervantes of Brownsville, Texas; Imelda Cervantes of Houston, Texas; Rosa Mari a Cervantes of Brownsville, Texas; Martha Elene Cervantes of Brownsville, Texas; and Sonia Cervantes of Houston, Texas

He was preceded in death by his father, Andres-Cervantes; one brother, Jorje Luis Cervantes.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce from 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM. The graveside mass  celebrating Andres's life will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 3:00 PM in  Mt. Comfort Cemetery with Father Lorenzo Aju officiating.
