Annie Cervantes, 65, passed away on September 28, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. Annie was a daughter to the late Willie Frank Fisk and Annie Chaney Fisk.
Annie, a High School graduate, spent her days as a homemaker looking after the needs of her family. Aside from life as a mother and loving grandmother, Annie enjoyed singing. She attended Church of God of Prophecy where she learned about the wonders of the Lord. Though she has gone to rest in a sacred place free from sickness, Annie will be profoundly missed by her family and friends.
Annie is survived by her husband Andres Cervantes of Bruce, MS; two sons: Jeffery (Jennifer) Oliver of Bruce; Jeremy (Amber) Oliver of Bruce; one daughter Sylvia York of Bruce; one sister Bertha Oliver of Bruce; one brother Dudley (Joanne) Fisk of Bruce; nine grandchildren: Alexis Oliver, Kaitlyn Oliver, Anastasia Oliver, Michael Oliver, Ruben Cervantes, Caleb Oliver, Elijah Oliver, Hope Theleman, and Faith Theleman; two great-children: Zachary Bailey and Charlie Bailey.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents Willie Fisk and Annie Chaney Fisk.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 1, 2021, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce. The graveside service remembering Annie will take place on Friday, October 1, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Mt. Comfort Cemetery with Bro. Josh Gordon officiating. Allen Fisk, Mike Fisk, Larry Galloway, Jaime Noguez, Daniel Oliver, and Kenny Oliver will carry Annie to her final resting place.
