Archie McCormick, father, son, brother, and friend, who left us on October 11, 2026, just days shy of his 48th birthday. Born on October 17, 1978, in Water Valley, MS, Archie was a proud graduate of Bruce High School, Class of 1997.

Archie devoted many years of his life to serving the community through his work at The Feed Store in Bruce, before making a lasting impact at Spratlin's Building Supply. He possessed an extraordinary gift for gardening and thoroughly enjoyed sharing his knowledge with customers, guiding them on the best seeds and plants for their gardens. His passion for the outdoors extended beyond planting; Archie found joy in hunting and fishing, often creating cherished memories with his sons, Conner and Colt, and his wife, Stacy.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy McCormick of Bruce, MS; his father, John Ell McCormick of Bruce, MS; his sons, Conner McCormick and ColtMcCormick both of Bruce; and his sister, Niki (Joe) Tunnel of Pittsboro, MS. Archie was a family man at heart, and the time spent with them was his greatest treasure.

Archie was preceded in death by his mother, Vera Parker McCormick, and his brother, Kevin "Biggon" McCormick.
