Birdie Howard

Birdie Lorane Howard, 79 of Coila, MS, died on Monday, September 20, 2015, at Greenwood Leflore County
Hospital.
Born Monday, October 7, 1935, in Coila, MS. she was the daughter of the late Wallace Melton and Evie Haire Haire Melton. She
was the wife of the late Winfred Reynolds and David Howard.
She was a member of Coila Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, George Reynolds of Coila, MS, brother, James Melton of Webb, MS. Two grandchildren, Mitchel
Reynolds and Chris Reynolds. Four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceded in death by her parents and husbands, by son, W.J. Reynolds, brothers, Leon Melton, Dean
Melton and Alvin Melton, sisters, Ann Lee and Mary Sullivan.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Baptist
Church Cemetery, Bruce, MS.
