Bobby Gerald Conner, 79 of Calhoun City, Mississippi died on Friday, September 19, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.

He was Born Monday, September 24, 1934 in Calhoun County, Mississippi,
He was a Member of Bentley Baptist Church. He was a Retired Farmer and a Truck Driver, He Loved to BBQ and Politics. He Served in the Army during the Korean Conflict and was a Member of the American Legion and the V.F.W.

He was preceded in Death by His Parents: A. P. and Hazel Elinburg Conner, One Daughter: Debra Kay Conner,
One Sister: Doris Conner Lewis, and a Brother: Burl Conner.

He is Survived by His Wife: Mary Louise Dye Conner of Calhoun City, MS, a Daughter, Lynn Conner Hubbard ( Bill Bounds) of Calhoun City, MS, a Brother, Harold Conner (Faye) of Amory, MS. Three Granddaughters: Holly Plunk, Jessie Plunk Hubbard (Brad) and Courtney Hubbard and Three Great Grand Children: Lathan Conner Williams,
Bentley Hubbard, and Langston Ivy Williams.

The Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Earl Flemons officiating and Bro. Jimmy Vance Assisting. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, Calhoun City, MS.

Pallbearers will be: Scotty Jones, Charles McFall, Roger Morgan, Danny Orr, Barney Wade, and Mike Wade.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2014, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, Mississippi.
