S. in 1960, Graduate of University of Mississippi 1965 with a B.S. Degree, where he later received his master’s in Special Education in 1967, and his Specialist Degree in 1970, He taught Special Ed in Vardaman, Title One Coordinator, Superintendent of Education 1992- 2000, Served on the State Mental Health Advisory Board, Communicate Advisory Board 37 plus yrs. Secretary of Calhoun Co. Democratic Party, a loyal “Yellow Dog” Democrat. Was preceded in death by his parents; Thomas Charles and Ludie Annis Loftis Spencer, and a brother, Charles Douglas Spencer. |
