Carol Bullard

Carol "Susie" Dittman Bullard, 65, passed this life on Tuesday, Septmber 19, 2017 at Oxford Health and Rehab Center. She was born November 24, 1951 in St. Petersburg, PA to the late parents of William E. Dittman and Vada May McKearn Dittman.
Carol was retired from the U.S. Navy as a Lt. Colonel after serving our country for over twenty one years. She was also a retirred produce manager at Piggly Wiggly in Bruce where she met and greeted everyone with a smile.
She enjoyed her pets and animals and getting on Facebook. Her post of flowers and other pictures will be missed by her loved ones and friends. Carol was a Lutheran and attended church at Oxford.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband Walter Henry Bullard.
She is survived by a sister, Mary Bechtel "Ron" of Keithville, LA; two brothers, Frank Dittman "Jean", Keithville, LA, Gary Dittman"Janice" St. Petersburg, PA; a special aunt, Helen Lohbough, Clarion, PA and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service honoring Carol's life will be held Saturday September 30 at 12:00 pm at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce, MS. with Bro. James Taylor officiating.
