Carol Jean Edwards Campbell

Carol Campbell, 72, departed from this life on August 15, 2021, in Tupelo, MS. She was born on December 28, 1948, to the late William Harold and Mary Edwards.

Carol spent 33 years of her life teaching at Bruce High School. She was an avid crafts person. She loved her flowers and her family. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing. She was especially proud of her grandchildren Casey and CJ in whatever activity they pursued, whether it be horses, golf, or presentations she supported them to the fullest extent. Carol was an avid Mississippi State supporter, no exceptions.

Those left to carry on Carol's memory are husband of 52 years Gary Campbell, of Bruce, MS; daughters: Kerry (Jamie) Easley, of Oxford, MS; and Kim (Mike) Moss, of Bruce, MS; sister Pat Mann, of Bruce, MS; grandchildren: CJ Easley, of Oxford, MS; and Casey Moss, of Bruce, MS.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents William Harold and Mary Edwards and brother William Edwards Jr.

A graveside service honoring Carol's life will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Collums Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Chrestman officiating. Steve Cummings, CJ Easley, Jamie Easley, Stan Mize, Casey Moss, Mike Moss, and Benny Joe Parker will serve as pallbearers.
