Christine Tiner Coker

Christine T. Coker, 91 died on Friday, October 9, 2015, at her residence.
Born February 23, 1924 to the parents of the late Roscoe and Doris Collins Tiner and the widow of A.P. Coker.
She was a devoted homemaker and loving mother and very active in her church the Bruce United Mothodist Church
and United Methodist Womens Club.
Surviving are son, John Coker (Cathy) of Bartlett, TN, daughters, Nancy Carol Oliver (Jim) of Scottsdale, AZ, Linda
Edwards (Gary) of Bruce, MS and Dianne Winter (Dr. Jon) of Camden, TN. Grandchildren Pat Frazier, Wade Oliver,
Coy Oliver, Chrisann Coleman, Megan Shurden, John Frank Coker, Kelly Elliott, Dr. Haley Todsen, John Massey,
Jamie Parker, Jessica Edwards and Josh Edwards. Fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Nancy Carlise, Agnes James and Dorothy Hawkins.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Bruce United Methodist Church with Bro. Darrell Logan officiating
with Bro. Rex Wilburn and Bro. Lannis May assisting. Interment will be in Bruce Cemetery, Bruce, MS.
Pallbearers will be Don Bell, David Bramlitt, Mack Burnett, Bill Embry, Steve King, Danny Massey, Eddie Quillen,
Richard Watkins and Jimmy Webb.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2015, at Bruce United Methodist
Church, , Bruce, Mississippi.
