Colonel James Terry Williams

Colonel James Terry Williams passed away October 17, 2016 in Salem Oregon. Terry was born March 20, 1941 in Vardaman, MS to Beatrice (Ashby) and James Franklin Williams.  He graduated high school at San Bernardino High in San Bernardino, California and from California State University at Long Beach.  In the same week, he was inducted into the U.S. Marine Corps as a 1st. lieutenant. He did two tours od duty in Vietnam. He married Jeanne Crary in Salem Oregon and had four children, Rebecca, Randall, Shannon and Tammy.  His parents and brother, Stanley preceded him.  He leaves one sister, Joyce Williams Manning. He's home at last. There will be a memorial service for Terry August 6th. at 3:00 p.M. at Young's Chapel and Ellzey Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Ellzey Cemetery Fund in Terry's Memory.
