Danny Lee Gann

Danny Lee Gann, 63, of Bruce passed from this life on Friday, April 8, 2022, at his home in Bruce. Born on June 25, 1958, in Bruce he was a son to the late Earnest Anglin and Katherine Gann Anglin.

Danny spent many years of his life as a self-employed roofer before becoming ill. Although Danny has departed from our presence, his memory will hold a special place in the hearts of his loved ones.

Danny is survived by one son, Tommy Gann of Water Valley; one brother, Randy Anglin of Big Creek; four sisters: Beverly Morgan of Bruce; Debi Anglin of Big Creek; Kathy Norwood of Duck Hill; Becky Anglin of Pontotoc; special friends: Alice Gann, Cissy Blount, and Retha Bowling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Anglin and Katherine Gann Anglin; one son, Gary Gann; one sister, Carol Starkey.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce. The funeral service celebrating his life will take place on Monday, April 11,2022, in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Criag Shackelford officiating. Ronnie Ayers, Dawson Bailey, Danny Dorris, Lane McCammon, Dalton Parker, and Justin Ware will carry Danny to rest in Turkey Creek Cemetery. Kenneth Mann, Randy Stapleton, and David Starkey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
