David Earl Hardin

David Earl Hardin, 66, of Calhoun City, departed from this life on Thursday, November 09, 2023, at Baptist Nursing Home Calhoun in Calhoun City, MS. He was born on January 29, 1957, in Vardaman to the late Fred Wayne Hardin and Quinnette Langford Hardin.

David worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and camping. He loved the Smoky Mountains. David attended Friendship Baptist Church.

He leaves behind his three sisters: Sarah Ann Duncan of Vardaman; Sandra (Odis)Tapley of Pearl; Melinda (Larry) Jeffcoats of Vardaman; two brothers: Billy W. (Melba) Hardin of Vardaman; Michael Ray (Wanda) Hardin of Walthall; David also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Wayne Hardin and Quinnette Langford Hardin.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Vardaman. The service honoring David's life will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Vardaman with Bro. Jimmy Vance officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Springs Cemetery. His nephews will serve as pallbearers.
