David Alan Wall, 77 of Big Creek, Mississippi died on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at his residence in Big Creek,
Mississippi.
Born Saturday, April 1, 1939, he was the son of the late Gilbert Alker Wall and the late Maggie Margaret Eleanor Shepherd
Wall. He was the husband of the late Johnnie Faye Turner Wall.
He retired from Heat Craft in Grenada MS after Forty seven yrs.
and was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and Loved fishing and
hunting.
Surviving are two sons, Bubba (Donna) Wall of Big Creek, MS and Joe (Jessie Carol) Wall of Starkville, MS, two daughters,
Tereva (Tommy) Marshall of Coffeeville, MS and Brenda Ellett of Big Creek, MS. Eight Grandchildren, and Nine Great
Grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brothers, Milton Wall, Buddy Wall, Howard Wall and Alford Wall, sisters, Jewel Denley, Abbie Wright
and Joyce Nix, son-in-law, David Ellett.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Jimmy Vance
officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Big Creek, MS.
Pallbearers will Chester Ray Dye, John Harrison, Bub Long, Steve Long, Rick Parker, and Britt York. Honorary Pallbearers
are, E.J. Gregory, Tony Parker, and Bobby Joe Wooten.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, February 20, 2017, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home,
476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
