Denny Lee Chandler, 67, of Calhoun City, MS passed from this life on November 25, 2025. He was born in Vardaman, MS on October 20, 1958 to Sam Henry and Earlene Free Chandler.

Denny loved riding four-wheelers with his brothers and friends. He could jump hills, go over rough grounds, turn over and never spill a drop of beer. He loved fishing and a good joke. Denny was a great cook and enjoyed playing the games Ziltch and Yahtzee.

Denny served honorably in the Mississippi National Guard until May 18, 1985.

Denny worked most of his life in the furniture industry. He was employed with Caviness Woodworking, where he held the record for running the most two foot boat paddles in one day. He also worked many years with Brookwood Industry.

He is survived by his brothers: William "Sheila" Chandler of Vardaman, MS, James Paul "Debbie" Chandler of Vardaman, MS, Robert Earvin Chandler of Big Creek, MS, Benny Lee "Lisa" Chandler of Woodland, MS, and John Wayne Chandler of Calhoun City, MS, along with sister-in-law Cynthia Chandler.

Denny was preceded in death by his parents; Sam Henry and Earlene Free Chandler, brothers; Sammy Earl, Billy Shermon, and Stanley Scott Chandler, sister-in-laws; Brenda and Jean Chandler.

Danny will be remembered with a family-only memorial at a later time.
