Dorothy Faye Liles, 80 of Pope, Mississippi died on Monday, August 11, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in
Oxford, Mississippi.
Born Tuesday, February 12, 1935 in Sarepta, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Roy Estes Dye and Inez
McDivitt Dye. She was the wife of the late David A. Liles.
She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church and a Home Interior Displayer.
Surviving are son, Michael (Tammy) Cowsert of Pope, MS, daughters, Lori Williams of Pope, MS and Lisa Logan of
Calhoun City, MS, sister, Delanie Hales of Oxford, MS. Grandchildren: Daphne Bias, Jarrett Williams, Austin
Cowsert, and Laura Beth Davis. Seven Great Grandchildren.
She was predeceased by sons, Steve Cowsert, Mitchell Cowsert and Sam Cowsert, brothers, Leroy Dye, Wayne
Dye and Doyle Dye, sisters, Ada Ruth Duke and Marie Norman.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Clear Springs Baptist Church with the Bro. Rick Griffin and Bro.
Truman Scarbrough officiating. Interment will be in Clear Springs Cemetery, Coffeeville, MS. Pallbearers will be Joe Cowsert, Kenneth Harrelson, Phil Ledbetter, Scott Ledbetter, Ricky Leonard, and Perry Liles.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Parker Memorial
Funeral Home, 476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi. The body will lie in state half hour prior to the funeral service at the
Clear Springs Baptist Church in Coffeeville, MS.
Memorials may be made to the Clear Springs Cemetery Fund, 41 CR 194, Coffeeville, MS. 38922.
