Earl Walker

Earl Norwood Walker, 80 of Bruce passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Nursing Home in Calhoun City, MS. He was born on March 8, 1944 in Mobile, Al.

Earl proudly served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Prior to retirement he worked at Ingalls Ship Building for many years.

He is survived two sister-in-laws, Linda Taylor of Bruce, MS, Jean Chandler of Houlka, MS, four brother-in-laws, Joe Melton of Bruce, MS, Jerry Melton of Bruce, MS, Mark Melton of Bruce, MS, and Ricky Melton of Bruce, MS.

Earl was preceded in death by his wife Berttie Melton Walker.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday March 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM in Haven Hill Cemetery in Coffeeville, MS. with Bro. James Taylor officiating.
