Edria Elizabeth Mooneyham Logan, 89, passed away on August 16, 2025, at Baptist Memorial-Calhoun Nursing Home. Edria was born on September 27, 1935, to Robert Mooneyham and Vinnie Mooneyham.
She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She spent many days working in her yard, flower beds, and gardening.
Edria is survived by her daughters Mary (Homer) Moore, of Vardaman, MS and Paula Duke, of Algoma, MS; son Steven Logan of Vardaman, MS; grandchildren: Trent Logan, Eric (Kayla) Logan, Christy Logan, Evan Logan, Ashley (Luke) Skelton, Kristopher (Calynne) Duke, John (Cheyenne) Moore, and Cody (Chelsea) Duke; and nineteen great grandchildren.
Edria was preceded in death by her husband Sonny Logan; her parents Robert Mooneyham and Vinnie Mooneyham; daughter Kathy Gail Logan; son Tony Logan; sisters: Elsie Mooneyham, Lavera Hellums , Mae Lucindy Keel, Illa Faye Hendrix, and Nellie Russell; brothers: Elzie Franklin Mooneyham, Arthel B. Mooneyham, Henry S. Mooneyham, John Mooneyham, James F. Mooneyham, Curtis Lee Mooneyham, and Joe L. Mooneyham; granddaughter Heather Elizabeth Logan; and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce.
The service for Edria will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home, Bruce, with Bro. James Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery with Luke Andrews, Cody Duke, Kristopher Duke, Eric Logan, Evan Logan, Trent Logan, Homer Moore, and John Moore serving as pallbearers.
