Elizabeth Bagwell, 95 died on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Baptist Health Services Nursing Home  in Calhoun City,
Mississippi.
Born Thursday, May 19, 1921, she was the daughter of the late John Hunt Boydston and the late Lena May Boydston. She
was the wife of the late John Edgar Bagwell. Graduate of Blue Mountain and Mississippi State University. Retired school teacher, taught 2nd grade for many years and substitute taught til 1978. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, James Howard Bagwell of Kyle, TX, daughters, Mary Helen (Andy) Hunsucker of Oakland, TN and Ruth
Ann (Thomas) Murry  of Sardis, MS, sister, Agnes Worrell of Grenada, MS. Fourteen Grandchildren, and Host of Great
Grandchildren.
She was predeceased by son, John Allen Bagwell, brothers, Homer Boydston and Lamar Boydston, sisters, Evelyn Stout,
Lillian Dillworth, Helen Boydston and Ruth Vonkon.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with the Bro. Wayne Cobb and Bro. Joey
Hamilton officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Bruce, MS.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 24, 2016, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church,
Bruce, Mississippi.
