Eva Marie Martin, 85 of Bruce, Mississippi died on Friday, December 23, 2016, at Calhoun Health Services Nursing
Home in Calhoun City, Mississippi.
Born Saturday, February 14, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Dow Gill and the late Opal Ivy Gill. She was the wife of
the late Albert Martin.
She a Homemaker, and was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Vickie Hayles (Carl) of Houlka, MS and Norma Cain (Ray) of Oxford, MS, sisters, Jeanette Quarles of
Oak Hill, FL and Patsy Doolie of Bruce, MS. Grandchild, Carla McKinney, great grandchild, Johnathan McKinney,
Preceded in death by a grandchild, Scotty Tallent
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. James Taylor and
Bro. Robert Earl Alexander officiating. Interment will be in Yellow Leaf Cemetery, Oxford, MS.
Pallbearers will be Ramey Gill, Freddie Martin, Tony Martin, Johnathan McKinney, Leslie Morgan, and Mike Quarles.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, December 26, 2016, at Parker Memorial Funeral
