Genita Ann Johnson, 64 of Vardaman, Mississippi went to her heavenly home on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Her Residence in Vardaman, Mississippi.
Born Monday, May 12, 1952 in Magnolia, Mississippi.She was the wife of Myles Johnson.
Her birth mother was Maxine Stewart, of Memphis, Tn. and preceded in death by her adopted mother Edna Lindsey.
She was a member of Vardaman First Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, Billy Wayne Nash and wife Loretta of Memphis, TN, brothers, Michael Rowley and wife Frankie of Memphis, TN, James Barnes and wife Melony of Byhalia, MS and Dennis Weir and wife Sherri of Meridian, MS, sister, Lisa Roberts, granddaughter, Danielle Nash, a step-daughter Shanna Morgan Johnson, of Memphis, TN.
She was preceded in death by: a step-son, Michael Christopher Johnson and a brother, Robbie Barnes.

A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Archie Goodwin and
Bro. Ray Gilder officiating. Pallbearers will be James M. Casey, Mitchell Johnson, Jerry Maness, Dewitt Moore, Brad Spencer, Charles Stone, Ravis Winter and Mike Zagaiski. Interment will be in Elzey Cemetery, Vardaman, MS.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, Vardaman, Mississippi.
