Gloria Jean Bryant

Gloria Jean Rose Bryant, 75, passed away on February 29, 2024, at her home in Bruce, MS.

Gloria was born on July 3, 1948, in Dixon, MO, to the late Everald Rose and Betty Mae Rose.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bruce.  She was a homemaker and spent many years cleaning the homes of others. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and cleaning, and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren.

Gloria is survived by her daughter Betty Jean Brumley, of Bruce, MS; sisters: Francis Johnson, of Waynesville, MO, and Susie Davis, of Dixon, MO; brothers: Jr Rose, of St. James, MO; Roger Rose, of Dixon, MO, and Ralph Rose, of Green Castle, MO; and grandchildren: Cameron Lee Brumley, Carson Logan Brumley, and Caleb Linden Brumley all of Bruce, MS.

Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Bryant, her parents Everald and Betty Rose, and a sister Ellen Rose.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce.  A funeral service will be on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 6:30 PM in the chapel with Bro. Corey Clark officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to help with funeral expenses.
