Jack Taylor Shoemake

Infant Jack Taylor Shoemake departed this life on April 20, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis, TN. He was born on April 17, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee. Jack Taylor was the infant son of Taylor and Jordan Shoemake. During his brief but treasured time here, Jack brought immense joy and love to his family, who will cherish every precious moment they had with him.

Jack is survived by his loving parents, Charles Taylor Lee Shoemake and Jordan Elizabeth Turner Shoemake. He is also remembered by his grandmother, Tonya (Eric) Thweatt, his grandfather, Danny Shoemake, and his great-grandparents, Mary Alexander, Charlotte Stewart, Doris Shoemake, and Denise and Howard Thweatt.

A Private family only graveside will be held with Turner Moore and Bro. Will Turner officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Danny Shoemake and Dalton Turner.

Jack was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marty Clark Turner; grandmother, Belinda Stewart Turner; great-grandfathers, William (Thora) Turner, Charles Ed Alexander, Jimmy Gay Shoemake, Jimmy H. Stewart; and great-grandmother, Wilma Clark Turner.
