Mr. James Clinton Wilson, 66 of Banner, Mississippi died on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at His Residence in Banner,
Mississippi.
He was born September 12, 1947 in Banner, Mississippi, He was preceded in death by his Parents the late Freeman
and Mary Christine Newman Wilson.
He was a member of Mt. Comfort Baptist Church. He was employed as a Sales Clerk by Sneed's Hardware in
Oxford, MS. He was Retired from the University of MS in the Property Control Department. His hobbies were
Gardening and Listening to Blue Grass Music.
He is Survived by His Wife Patricia Ann Wilson of Banner, MS, Two Sons: James C. Wilson, Jr. and Wife Melissa of
Independence, MS and Robert Owen Wilson of Banner, MS, One Sister: Opal Newman of Paris, MS, Two Brothers:
Gene Wilson of Tula, MS and Roy C. Wilson of Nesbitt, MS, .
The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Mt. Comfort Baptist Church with the Bro. J.
R. Eaton officiating. Interment will be in Banner Cemetery, in Banner, MS.
Visitation will be held at Mt. Comfort Baptist Church from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, and also
from 1PM until 2 PM on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
