Mr. Jason Wendell Nix, 48 of Vardaman, Mississippi died on Wednesday, December 23, 2015
Born Wednesday, November 8, 1967 in Bruce, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Jerry Nix and Lynn Nix. He was the husband of Leigh Ann Nix.
He was a graduate of Bruce High School and was employed by B & B Contruction as a welder and former owner of Nix Welding Service.
Surviving are daughters, Caitlin Nix of Bruce, MS and Jennifer Nix of Bruce, MS, step-son, Aubry Edwards, of Vardaman, MS. step-daughter, Meghan Sparks and husband Cody of Bruce, MS. brothers, Jerry Vincent Nix and wife Lan of Glendive, MT and Ernest Brooks Nix of Big Creek, MS, sisters, Sharissa Greer and husband Tim of Auburn, AL and Alecia Lynne Adams and husband Daniel of Charlotte, NC; grand children Macon Edwards, and Marleigh Edwards, Niece, Sara Greer, Nephew, Nathan Greer.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Will Turner officiating. Interment will be in Memory Memorial Garden, Bruce, MS.
Pallbearers will be: Josh Bennett, Dustin Hardin, Roncie Hardin, Jeff Sullivan, Joseph Sullivan, and Jake Young.
