Jeanette Wilson, 65 of Bruce, Mississippi passed on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at her home in Bruce, Mississippi.
Born Monday, February 19, 1951 in Pelahatchie, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Smith and the late
Sara Smith. She was the wife of Jerry Lee Wilson of Bruce, MS.
She was a member of Pittsboro First Pentecostal Church. Where she served as First Lady and was aPrayer Warrior. She
Loved her church and family.
Surviving are daughters, Tina Flake (Tim) of Houston, MS and Lee Anne Stevens of New Albany, IN, brothers, Elmo Smith
(Carmen) of West Monroe, LA, W.T. Smith (Hazel) of Pelahatchie, MS, Nelson Smith (Ruth) of Star, MS and Owen Smith of
Vienna, VA, sisters, Mary Burnham (Henry) of Pelahatchie, MS, Betty Strebeck of Sumrall, MS and Ruth Johnson (Rob);
grand children; Katelyn Flake, Cannon Roop, Khloe Flake, Addison Roop, and Noah Rizwan.
A Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM on Friday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Raymond Bishop
officiating and Rev. Kenneth Wilson assisting. A second funeral service will be held at New Zion Pentacostal Church in
Philadephia, MS with Bro. Dewight Wilson Officiating and Bro. Tony Wilson assisting. Interment will be in Henry Chapel's,
Philadelphia, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents Woodrow and Sara Smith, a brother Melvin Smith.
Pallbearers will be: Buddy Martin, Michael Roop, Wayne Smith, Jimmy Sullivan, Forrest Willis, and Darrell Wilson.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2016, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home,
476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi. A second visitation service will be held at New Zion Pentacostal Church in Philadephia, MS.
on Saturday December 3, 2016 from 2:00 Pm. to 3:00 pm.
