Jerry Lee Farmer, 66 of Bruce, Mississippi died on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - North MS in Oxford, Mississippi.
Born Wednesday, August 30, 1950 in Jackson, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Leo Farmer and the late Dorothy Brooks Farmer. He was the husband of Tammy McCammon Farmer.
He served as a PVT in the Army from 1968 until 1969. He was a Veteran of Vietnam.
He was a member of Paris Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, Sammy House of Tupelo, MS, Billy Greer of Batesville, MS and Tommy Lee House of Courtland, MS, daughter, Shirley Ann Brown of Pontotoc, MS, sister, Ginny Lou Powell of Loretto, TN; 14 grand children; 8 great grand children 4 brother in laws, 1 sister in law, 1 special nephew, 1 special great nephew, 1 special great great nephew, and mother in law, Margie McCammon, and father in law Elton McCammon.
He was predeceased by adopted parents, Henry and Willie Denley sisters, Virginia Ann Hadgepath and Virginia Smith.
A Funeral service will be at 4:00 PM on Tuesday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Glidewell officiating. Interment will be in Memory Memorial Garden, Bruce, MS.
Pallbearers will be: Andrew Aguilar, Sammy Lee House, Jason Love, Jerry Lee Smith, Jerry Lee Smith, Jr. Jalce Rajacich, and Max Warren.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jr. Carter, Harold Mann, and Bobby.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Monday, June 5, 2017, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
