Jimmy J. Boyle

Vardaman, MS-Jimmy J. Boyle, 81, passed this earthly life on Friday, April 20, 2018 at N.M.M.C., Tupelo.  He was born March 31, 1937 in Yalobusha County in the Airmount Community. Jimmy served his country during the Berlin Crisis as a P.F.C. in the U.S. Army.  He was a retired employee of Weyerhaeuser Company,  working for over 33 years in the maintenance department,  before retiring in 2007. He was a devoted member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church.  He loved his family and friends, but he loved God's nature and enjoyed his hunting and fishing. Jimmy also enjoyed doing things with his hands, always fixing things around  home.
He was preceded in death by his parents the late, E.O. and Maggie Lee Jones Boyle; sister, Aline Martin; brothers, Thomas Boyle, Frank Boyle, and a daughter, Amy Joyce McCormick.
Those left to honor his memory are his wife, Wanda Logan Boyle,  whom he had been married to for 55 years, 10 months and 5 days (June 15, 1962); a son, James Boyle, Jr., Vardaman; sisters, Margaret Sawner, Olive Branch, Mary Alice Pharr, Vicksburg; brothers, E.O. Boyle, Jr., Coffeeville and William Ralph Boyle, Vicksburg.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 22, 2018 beginning at 1:00P.M. till service time at 3:00P.M. in the Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Bruce.  Dr. Randy Rinehart and Bro. Kenny Roberson will be officiating in the service. Burial will be in Memory Memorial Garden.
Pallbearers will be Keith Boyle, Mike Boyle, Randy Boyle, Will Fleming, J.R. Logan and Perry McCormick. Honorary pallbearers will be all his friends and coworkers at Weyerhaeuser Co..
