John Michael Meadows, Ii.

John Michael Meadows II, 5, passed away on May 3, 2021, in Oxford, MS. He was born on July 15, 2015 to John Meadows, Sr, and the late Angela Pruitt.

John loved watching Paw Patrol, Spider Man, jumping in mud puddles and playing with his cat.  John’s mother passed away when he was one year old and his father who was an over the road truck driver continued to drive, but he now had a riding companion.  John went with his father wherever his job took them.

John is survived by his father John Meadows Sr, of Oxford, MS; his sisters: Laci Meadows of Tupelo, MS; and Natalie Pruitt of VA.

John is preceded in death by his mother Angela Pruitt.

Visitation for John Michael Meadows will be Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce.  The memorial service  will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 10:30 AM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce with Bro. Jerry Burke officiating. Burial will be at New Providence Cemetery, Derma, MS. Pallbearers will be John Michael Meadows, Sr., Kasey Flanders, Chad Flanders, and Jeffrey Kimbrell.
