Lila Anne Wells

Anne Wells, 50, of Bruce, departed from this life on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. She was born on October 24, 1972, in Bruce, MS to Bobby and Romona Wells.

Anne loved anything to do with Ole Miss. She was a true rebel fan and loved Ole Miss Sports. Anne was a member of Sarepta Baptist Church.

She leaves behind her parents, Bobby and Ramona Wells of Bruce; daughter, Savanna Phillips of Banner; brother, John (Angie) Wells of Wiggins, MS; sister, Susan (Roger) Brown of  Amory, MS; niece, McKenzie Wells.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce. The service honoring Anne's life will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce with Dr. J.R. Eaton, Bro. David Poynor and Bro. Bobby Douglas officiating. Mike Babb, Roger Brown, Doug Frizzell, Tommy Patton, Ronnie Rogers, and Ben Watts will carry Anne to rest in Memory Memorial Garden. L.C. Austin, Shade Bethany, Freddie Buchanan, Bob Cook, BJ Farmer, Peanut McCormick, David McMillen, JJ Moorehead, Carlton Moore, Kenny Moss, Sammy Redd, and Steve Norwood will serve as honorary pallbearers.
