Lynda Jane Smith, 65 of Pittsboro, Mississippi died on Monday, December 26, 2016, at Pontotoc Health Services Hospital in
Pontotoc, Mississippi.
Born Monday, June 18, 1951 in Vardaman. MS. Her parents were the late William Rex Dye and Jonnie Lee Deaton  Dye.
Former Finance Loan Officer and Manger, and a member of Old Town Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband Tommy Lee Smith of Pittsboro, MS. brother, William Jeffery "Bill" Dye and (Donna) of Middletown,
OH. Step daughter, Kari Long of Grenada, MS. Special friends, Allen & Kim Jeffrey of Bruce, MS. Jerry & Linda Haire of
Pittsboro, MS. Nephews, Ches Dye, and William Jeffery Dye, Jr. Two step grandchildren, Deven
Green and Tristan Peacock. Sister-in-laws, Linda Dye of Pittsboro, MS. and Sandy Wright of Vardaman, MS. Host of Nieces and Nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Stanley Gale Dye.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Sam Yarbrough
officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Bruce, MS.
Pallbearers will be Carlton Baker, Steve Bryant, Tanner Brummett, Tyler Brummett, Allen Jeffrey, and Danny Joe Norman.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2016, at Parker Memorial Funeral
