Marvis "Bob" Herman Tutor

Mr. Marvis "Bob" Tutor, age 87, passed away on December 31, 2021, at his home in Bruce, MS.

Marvis "Bob" Tutor was born in Calhoun County, on March 1, 1934, to his late parents Artis Herman Tutor and Jimmie Etoil Burt Tutor. He was a Baptist. He was a self-employed heating and cooling specialist in Mobile, Alabama before retiring and moving to Bruce, MS. He is survived by a sister: Thelma Tutor Liles of Bruce, MS; and a special friend Gail Tutor of Bruce, MS; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Artis Herman Tutor and Jimmie Etoil Burt Tutor; wife Eva Mae Bacum Tutor; daughter Pamela Tutor; son Robert Tutor; sister Geneva Tutor Baker; and brothers: M. L. Tutor, Paul Tutor, and R. V. Tutor.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 2, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS.

A funeral service honoring Bob's life  will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Spratlin officiating.
