Mary Hobson

Mary Hobson, 86 of Water Valley, Mississippi passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Nursing Center in Calhoun City, Mississippi.
Born Tuesday, March 10, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Ivan Thacker and the late Pauline Thacker.
Mary was a devoted homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church.
Surviving are sons, Ollie Thompson, Joe Hobson, John Hobson, Kenny Hobson and Tommy Hobson, daughters, Betty Howell, Anita Newsom and Diane Floyd.
She was predeceased by son, Glenn Hobson, brother, Willard Thacker.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at First United Pentecostal Church with brother Jerry Wilson officiating. Interment will be in First United Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Water Valley, MS.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at First United Pentecostal Church, , Water Valley, Mississippi.
