Mary Lounez Long, 84 died on Friday, November 15, 2013, at Calhoun Health Services Nursing Home in Calhoun
City, Mississippi.
Born Sunday, July 21, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Earnest Parker and the late Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie"
Ward Parker. She was the wife of the late Bryan Long.
She was Homemaker.
She was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, Bryan Allen (Dianne) Long of Vardaman, MS, Jerry Wayne (Gigi) Long of Vardaman, MS and
Steve (Kathy) Long of Vardaman, MS, brothers, Charles (Diane) Parker of Vardaman, MS and Wayne (Barbara)
Parker of Calhoun City, MS, sister, Sue (Genie) Langford of Calhoun City, MS.
She was preceeded in Death by brothers, Robert Parker, Howell Parker and James Parker, Daughter, Mary Alice
(Long) Parker, and a Grandson Michael Shane Long
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday at New Liberty Baptist Church with the Bro. Jeff Harmon officiating
and Bro. Paul Childers assisting. Interment will be in New Liberty Cemetery, Vardaman, MS.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Parker Memorial
Funeral Home Vardaman, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be: Eddie Lafayette, Marlon Long, Jacob Long, Ty Long, Oakley Alexander, Hayden Alexander,Ryan Alexander,and Ronnie Parker.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Larry Nelson, Bobby Reynolds, and All of Her Nephews.
