Mary Alice Mcgreger

Bruce, MS - Mary Alice McGreger, 78, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. She was born June 30, 1939 in Calhoun County. Mary Alice was a former employee of Brookwood Industries and a member of Grace Southern Baptist Church. She loved sewing, embroidery, fishing and playing the piano. She assisted her husband in taking care of his sand and gravel business. Mary Alice made everyone smile whom she came in contact with.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald McGreger, Bruce, MS; two sisters, Nancy Jaffee, Germantown, TN and Pat Rose, Clermont, FL; a godchild, Kelly Chrestman, Vardaman, MS. and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Allen Wade and Moree Holloway Wade, three brothers, Charles Wayne Wade, John Allen Wade, Jr. and Durell Wade, three sisters, Orena Adams, Helen Dye and Estelle Lunceford.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Vance and Bro. Darrell Logan officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Memorial Garden. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time Wednesday.
Pallbearers are Steve Ferguson, Jeremy Harris, Mike King, Chris McGreger, Quincy Parker and Ronnie Poteete.
