Myra Chrestman Bryant

Myra Chrestman Bryant passed away on Sunday, November 4 ^th , 2018 surrounded by family at her home in Pittsboro. Myra was born on April 2 ^nd , 1939 to Ruben Eutah Chrestman and Bessie Williams Chrestman in Bruce. She was 79.
In addition to being a devoted Homemaker for her family, Mrs. Bryant was retired from the Plano School District in Plano, Illinois, where she served as a School Secretary. She was a member of Bruce United Methodist Church who loved sports. Combining two loves, Mrs. Bryant took special joy in following her Grandchildren as they participated in sports.
Mrs. Bryant leaves behind her Sons, Dean Bryant of Pittsboro and Terry (Janet) Bryant of Nesbit; Brothers, Glenn Chrestman of Creston, Illinois and Jerry Chrestman of Sandwich, Illinois; Grandchildren, Tai Anne Bryant, Hunter Bryant, and Devin Bryant; and Great-Grandchildren, Eli, Reid, Jules, and Aiden.
There will be a visitation with the family held this Thursday, November 8 ^th , 2018 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, Mississippi. A funeral Service celebrating the life of Mrs. Bryant will be held immediately following visitation in the chapel of the funeral home, beginning at 2:00 PM. Services will be led by Brother Rex Wilburn, with a special eulogy delivered by Paul Lowe.
Immediately following funeral services, Mrs. Bryant will be laid to eternal rest in Memory Memorial Garden Cemetery, located on the grounds of Parker Memorial Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Devin Bryant, Hunter Bryant, Glenn Chrestman, Jerry Chrestman, Benny Reeves, and Bobby Reeves.
Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband William Morris Bryant; and a Brother Frank Chrestman.
