Patsy Hayles Freely,83, of Bruce passed  from this life at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Calhoun City. Born on February 08, 1938, she was a daughter to the late Tommy Malcolm Hayles and Bertice Edwards Hayles.

Patsy spent many years married to her late husband, Bobby Fred Freely. The couple’s marriage brought life to not only countless memories but also a loving family filled with children and grandchildren. Aside from spending quality time with family and friends, she loved spending time in the kitchen throwing together the elements of a good meal. However, when winter turned to spring Patsy could be found outdoors tending to her vegetable garden and beloved flowers. She kept the dial on her radio locked into French Camp Radio where she listened to Gospel music and the Word of God preached. Patsy also loved animals, especially her beloved dog peanut.  Although Patsy has departed from our lives, her treasured memory will hold a special place in the hearts of her loved ones

Patsy is survived by one son, Randall (Charlotte) Freely of Grenada ;two daughters:  Pam (David) Bevill of Calhoun City; Patricia Scallion of Guin, Alabama ;one sister,  Shirley Rowsey of Hernando;  five grandchildren :Clint (Shaunda) Freely, Ginger (C.J.) Bevill, Tonya (Johnathan) Seaborn, Amanda (Tyler) Blount, Patty (Tim) Moss; ten Great Grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Hayles and Bertice Edwards Hayles; two brothers, James Ruble Hayles, Carl Wain Hayles; husband, Bobby Freely.

The family will receive friends on Saturday January 8 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home. The  funeral service honoring Patsy's life will be held on Saturday, January 8,2021 at  2:00 PM in the Bruce chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Earl Alexander officiating.  Joe Beckett, Tim Beckett, Tyler Blount, Wayne Edwards,  C.J. Foster and Clint Freely will carry her to rest in Memory Memorial Garden.

Parker Memorial Funeral Home is honored to serve the Freely family and ask that you keep them in your prayers during this difficult season of their life.
