Paul Anthony Lenard

Coffeeville, MS – Paul Anthony Lenard. 63, passed away, Thursday, July 26, 2018 at his home surrounded by his love ones. He was born on June 27, 1955 in Marks, MS. He was a graduate of Calhoun City High School, Class of 1974. After graduating high school, he served in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve. He worked as a riverboat operator and assistant for many years. Paul was a pervious member of Antioch Baptist Church and later in life joined Pine Grove Baptist Church. Paul treasured the outdoors, nature and loved fishing, hunting and especially bear hunting.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ezra Dee Lenard and a brother, Jeff Lenard.

Those left to honor his memory are a daughter, Joy Cross , Coffeeville; son, Brandon Lenard, Bruce; Mother, Mary Doris Swindle Lenard, Bruce; sisters, Lucinda Baker, (Edwin), Banner, Anita Geiger (Paul Vick), Bruce; brothers, Larry D. Lenard (Mary), Calhoun City, Jimmy D. Lenard (Arlene), Coffeeville, Glenn A. Lenard, Bruce, Ricky Lenard, Bruce and a grandson, Nathaniel Reid Lenard.

Funeral services will be Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Truman Scarbrough and Bro. Phillip Cook officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, July 28, 2108 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Bodie Dye, Kenneth Dye, Lanny Harwell, Cainan Lenard, Austin Scott, David Vick, Paul Vick, and Randy White. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Box, Tim Cardwell, Stanley Caulder, Brooks Geiger, Casey Geiger, Jordon Graham, Johnny Jones, David Kelly, Chris Klinck, Barry Lenard, Jodee Lenard, John Lenard, Teddy Joe Massey, Ken Miller, Joncy Musclewhite, Brad Poynor, Marion Russell, Craig Smith, Dwight Tatum and Dennis Weaver.
