Paul Ray Tyler

Paul Ray Tyler, 70 of Bruce, Mississippi died on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Oklahoma University Medical Center in
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Born Sunday, February 18, 1945 in Bruce, Mississippi, he was the son of Cuvis Hall Tyler and the late Moody Brooks Tyler. He was the husband of Kay Ferguson Tyler.
He was a graduate of Bruce High School Class of 1962 also a graduate University of Mississippi and was a computer software programmer.
He served in the National Guard.
He was a member of Bruce First Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, Robert Tyler and wife Teena of Bruce, MS, daughter, Alison Tyler and husband Phillip Beaty of Bruce, MS, brothers, Mike Tyler and wife Judy of Counce, TN, Donald Tyler and wife Ginger of Bartlett, TN and Gerald Tyler and wife Rosa of Lilburn, GA., Grandchildren, James Metcalfe, Tyler Donovan, Jaelee Beaty, Sydney Beaty, Mary Ann (Jim) Marcy, Neil Messer, Stephanie (Nick) Tessmer, Trace Nutt and Gennifer (Jacob) Walker.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home located at 476 hwy 9n Bruce, Mississippi 38915 with the Bro. Hudie Holifield and Bro. Jim Barham officiating. Interment will be in Memory Memorial Garden, Bruce, MS.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be: Reg Callahan, Danny Claborn, Fonzie Garcia, Chad Holifield, Larry McKibben, Steve Murphree, Shannon Pardue, Barney Shackelford, and Phillip Talford.
