Polly Ray Poe

Polly Ray Poe, 75, of Bruce passed from this life on July 7, 2021 at her home in Bruce. She was welcomed into this world on July 25, 1945 by her late parents Eurl Ray Poe and Lucy Francis Lollar Walls.

Polly leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in her absence; one brother, Phillip Poe; three sisters: Sammie Poe, Glenda Vanlandingham, Melinda Coleman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eurl Ray Poe and Lucy Francis Lollar Walls; one brother, Jerry Poe; one sister, Edna Mae Clements.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce. The funeral service remembering Polly’s life will take place on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 3:30 PM in the Chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce with Bro. David Westmoreland officiating. BJ Coleman, Allen Higdon, Brady Pendergraph, Chris Pendergraph, JJ Pendergraph, Ty Pendergraph, Roger Poe, and Albert Spruill will carry Polly to rest in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Allen Higdon, Jerry Higdon, Samantha Hyde, Austin Keown, Calum  Keown, and Elvie Keown will serve as honorary pallbearers.
