Rafaela Pecina Brasher, 69 of Houlka, Mississippi died on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center,
Tupelo, MS.
Born Sunday, May 18, 1947 in Matamoros, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Luis Pecina and the late Manuela
Betancourt Pecina.
She was employed by Edmondson Farms for eighteen plus years.
Surviving are her husband Robert Earl Brasher of Houlka, MS whom she married March 5, 1968. sons, Raphel Jerry
(Regina) Brasher of Houlka, MS and Nico Maldonado of Houlka, MS, daughter, Mary Ann White (Stave) of Vardaman, MS.
brother, Hijino (Rebecca) Pecina of Wimauma, FL, sisters, Adela Pecina (Eugene) Wright of Dallas, TX, Luisa Pecina
(Everardo) Gonzalez of Dallas, TX, Martha Pecina of Dallas, TX, Alisia (Rey) Pecina of Dallas, TX, Silvia (Pio) Pecina of
Dallas, TX and Esmerada (Migel) Pecina of Dallas, TX.
Grandchildren; Ryan Brown, Austin Brown, Robert Lee Brasher, Nathan Shaw Brasher, Mary Isabella White and Andrew
Griffin.
She was predeceased by brother, Ramon Pecina, sister, Paula Villalobos.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Greg Bray and Bro.
Tommy Galloway officiating. Interment will be in Collums Cemetery, Houlka, MS.
Pallbearers will be Frankie Becerra, Roland Camposs, Ray Flores, Andrew Griffin, Nico Maldonado, Emanuel Pecina, Paco Pecina, and Pio Serna.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476
hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
