Robert Earl Griffin

Robert Earl Griffin, 49, of Tupelo passed from this life on Monday, May 10, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Born on August 8, 1971, Robert Earl was a son to Margaret Ann Griffin and the late Joseph Earl Griffin.

Robert Earl spent many seasons of his life practicing his favorite hobby as a mechanic. When he preferred relaxing he could be found watching is favorite television shows and movies such as: The Three Stooges, The Dukes of Hazzard, and Kung Fu Theater.  Although Robert Earl has departed from our lives, his treasured memory will hold a special place in the hearts of his loved ones.

He leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in his absence; mother, Margaret Griffin; one brother, Johnny (Raven) Griffin of Booneville, Mississippi; one sister, Jo Ann (Lee) Burnett of Bruce, Mississippi.

Robert Earl was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Earl Griffin; one brother, Bobby Griffin.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM. The graveside service remembering his life will take place on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Smith officiating.
