Roger Ellis Little, 63, of Bruce departed from this life on Monday, March 21, 2022, in Holcomb, Mississippi. Born on May 5, 1958, in Cortez, Colorado; he was a son to the late Marion Ellis Little and Sallie Sue Little.
Roger married his loving wife Deborah Brown Little on February 26, 1990. The couple spent an expansive thirty-two years walking down the path of life creating memories and adding three children and eight grandchildren along the way. He provided for his family as the owner and operator of Roger Little trucking LLC. Aside from switching gears and navigating his truck down the highway of life, Roger found joy in horses especially the thrill found in roping. Roger found a church home within the body of believers at the Assembly of God in Water Valley. Although he has departed from our presence, Roger has gone to rest in a place free from the worry and sorrow found in this world.
He leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in his absence; wife, Deborah Brown Little of Bruce; one son, Justin Nichols of Colorado; two daughters: Leah Nichols of Dixon, California; April (Chris) Parker of Houston, Mississippi; eight grandchildren: Jaylin, Braxton, Jasmine, Keenan, Krisalyn, Kali, Kalan, and Alyssa; one brother, Loren Little of Oklahoma; two sisters: Peggy Arlene (David) Miller of Ludlow, Oklahoma; Susie (Jack) McLaughlin of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
