Samuel Paul Tutor, Sr.

Samuel Paul Tutor, Sr., 57, of Bruce, MS, departed from this life on Friday, February 02, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- Golden Triangle, in Columbus, MS. He was born on October 14, 1966, in Vardaman, MS to the late Paul Laderle Tutor and Marjorie Johnson Tutor.

Sam was the owner and operator of Paul's Tire. In his spare time, Sam enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He enjoyed leading the music at church and was a member of Old Field Methodist Church. Above all Sam loved his grandchildren.

Sam leaves behind his wife, Stephanie Renee Tutor of Bruce; stepmother, Gail Tutor of Bruce; daughter, Heather Lee Tutor (Brendan) Clayton of Henderson, TX; two sons: Samuel Paul (Crystal) Tutor, Jr. of Bruce; Paul Laderle Tutor of Bruce; two sisters: Dana (Benny) Bryant of Pittsboro; Tammy Tallent of Bruce; father-in-law, Jack Chrestman of Calhoun City; two grandchildren: Bryce Harlan Tutor and Brixlee Eden Tutor. Sam also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.

Sam was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Laderle Tutor and Marjorie Johnson Tutor.

A private family graveside will be held honoring Sam's life with Bro. Craig McCormick officiating.
