Scott Allen Longest, 55 of Bruce, MS died on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - North MS in Oxford, MS.
He was born April 28, 1960 in Bruce, MS; He was the son of David Longest and the late Vivian Jenkins Longest.

He was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church and He was a Truck Driver for FSR Transport.

He is Survived by His Wife: Donna Longest of Bruce, MS, One Son, Ethan Longest of Bruce, MS, One Daughter, Breanna Longest Mata and Husband Manuel of Bruce, MS, One Granddaughter: Paisley Mata, Three Brothers, Gwin Longest and Wife Sarah of Bruce, MS, Chris Longest and Wife Paula of Bruce, MS and Tracy Longest and Wife Macy of Kent, Washington.

Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 8 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS.

The Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 27, 2015 at New Liberty Baptist Church with the Bro. Jeff Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Vardaman, MS.

Pallbearers will be: Burt Birmingham, Lucas Birmingham, Tim Bowen, Tony Bowen, Jamie Hill, Johnny Kakales, Dr. Bruce Longest, and Troy Todd. Honorary Pallbearers will be His Truck Driving Family.
