Terri Sue Stone

Terri Sue Stone, 59, of Houston, MS, departed from this life on Tuesday, August 16, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born on August 28, 1963, in Memphis, TN, to the late Mildred Stone Hamilton and Albert Herbert Hamilton.

Terri was a school bus driver for Houston School District for many seasons of life. In her spare time, Terri loved to collect porcelain dolls. She loved animals, especially parakeets. Terri attended New Providence Baptist Church and Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She leaves behind two daughters: Anna Hood of Houston, MS; Heather Hood of Vardaman, MS; Tyler (Randa) Hood of Vardaman; brother, Kevin Hamilton of Caledonia, MS; sister, Anne Cooper Murphy of Clanton, AL.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred Stone Hamilton and Albert Herbert Hamilton.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Vardaman. The service honoring Terri's life will take place on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Vardaman with Bro. Cody Shaw officiating.
