Thomas Earl Gregory

Thomas Earl Gregory, 74, of Bruce departed from this life on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Baptist Memorial Nursing Home in Calhoun City, MS. He was born on June 30, 1948 in Bruce, MS to the late J.D. Gregory and JoAnne Funderburg Gregory.

Thomas Earl spent many seasons of life working for the City of Bruce Maintenance Department working for 33 years until his retirement. He was devoted to his job and was a loyal employee. He enjoyed talking and visiting with his friends and loved ones. Thomas Earl was a member of Mt. Comfort Baptist Church.

He leaves behind his caregiver, Connie Rogers of Bruce, MS. He also leaves behind a host of cousins.

Thomas Earl is preceded in death by his parents, J.D. Gregory and JoAnne Funderburg Gregory.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 08, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS. The funeral service honoring Thomas Earl's life will take place on Tuesday, November 08, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral home in Bruce with Bro. Darrell Logan and Dr. J. R. Eaton officiating. Luke Andrews, Roy McDowell, John Moore, Shorty Sosa, Curt Tunnell, and Kevin Tunnell will carry Thomas Earl to rest in Mt. Comfort cemetery. Dr. Bruce Longest and Robert Tedford will serve as honorary pallbearers.
