Thomas "Tony" Steven Weaver

Tony Steven Weaver, 60, of Bruce, departed from this life on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. He was born on February 01, 1963, in Calhoun City, MS to W.D. "Billy" Weaver and Sandra Taylor Jenkins.

Tony spent many seasons of life as a truck driver for Triple R Logging. In his spare time, he could be found hunting or fishing. He loved dogs. Tony was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. Although Tony has departed from our lives, his treasured memory will hold a special place in the hearts of his friends and loved ones.

He leaves behind his mother, Sandra Taylor Jenkins of Bruce; two sisters: Renea (Terry) Leachman of Bruce; Shea Nix of Bruce; granddaughter, Megan Havens Fisackerly; five nieces: Carleigh (Robert) Mata, Caitlin Nix, Christen Leachman, Jennifer Nix, and Cara Leachman. Three great nieces: Katie Mata, Maci Mata, and Lodie Ragon. Great nephews: Chase Mata and Colt Mata.

Tony is preceded in death by his loving fathers, A.C. Jenkins and W.D. "Billy" Weaver grandparents: Arlis and Lorette Jenkins; Tom and Lodie Taylor; and a niece, Caylee Beth Leachman.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS. The funeral service celebrating Tony's life will take place on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Chrestman officiating. Tracy Clements, Cainan Lenard, Chris Longest, Cliff Martindale, Billy McNease, Everette Parker, Jeff Robertson, and Randy White will carry Tony to rest in Pinecrest Cemetery. Winnon Clark, Joe Edmonson, Robert Mata, Thomas Wayne Nichols, Kage Robertson and Steve Schmitz will serve as honorary pallbearers.
