Toy Dewayne Neal, 79, of Sarepta passed from this life on Sunday, June 18, 2021 at home. Born on February 3, 1942 in Banner, He was a son to the late Rufus Nual Neal and Dollie Littleton Neal.
Toy spent many decades of his married to his loving bride, Sharon Kaye Smith Neal. He was employed with W. W Metal Buildings and Commercial Contractors for a number of years before retiring. After retiring, Toy began to practice his lifestyle of leisure full-time. During the spring and summer days he could be found tending to his garden. When he preferred to relax he could be found watching westerns or getting lost in the pages of a good book. Above all the things he treasured spending time with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. When Toy was able he attended Sherman Baptist Church where he learned about the many wonders of the Lord.
He leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in his absence; wife, Sharon Kaye Smith Neal; two daughters: Lisa Wilson of Bruce; Paula (Chris) Longest of Bruce; one brother: Billy Neal of Hernando; three sisters: Ginger Hatley of Bruce; Kathy Pryor of Vicksburg; Vene Trantham of Paris, Tennessee; five grandchildren: Chris (Jessica) Jenkins, Cody (Jessica) Woolfolk, Casey (Adam) Keel, Ryan (Shelby) Wilson, Cara (Jeremy) Terhune, and Shay (April) Morris; eleven great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Kay Neal Davis; parents, Rufus Nual Neal and Dollie Littleton Neal.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday July 20, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce. The funeral service remembering Toy's life will take place on Tuesday July 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce with Bro. James Taylor officiating. Chris Jenkins, Grant Jenkins, Adam Keel, Shay Morris, Ryan Wilson, and Cody Woolfolk will carry Toy to rest in Drivers Flat cemetery.
