Mr. Travis Dale Malone, 73 of Bruce, Mississippi died on Friday, March 14, 2014, at his residence.
He was born on December 18, 1940 in Calhoun County, Mississippi, he was  preceded in death by his parents: Renzie  Poynor Malone and Sarah Crocker Malone.
He was a Retired Business Owner of Calhoun County Oil and Slate Springs Glove. He Served in the MS National Guard during the Berlin Crisis and received an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Sargent. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, PKC Association, Paso Fino Association, Mason with the Antioch Lodge, Nettleton Fox Hunting Association and Woodmen of the World.
He is Survived by His Wife: Ann Bowles Malone of Bruce, MS, One Daughter: Traci Malone Lee and Husband Chad of Bruce, MS, One Brother, Larry Wade Malone and Wife Linda of Coldwater, MS and One Granddaughter: Codi Elizabeth Lee of Bruce, MS.
The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Wayne Cobb officiating. Interment will be in Bruce Cemetery, Bruce, MS.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce.
Pallbearers will be: David Bramlitt, Paul Harrison, Shurden Owen, Zack Parker, Butch Ruth, Noel Snellings, Earl Swanson, Jim Taylor, and Cody Weeks.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Frank Adcock, Walter Armstrong, Jerry Fred Aron, Dab Conner, Gordon Cook, Buster Edwards, Jerry Inman, Gerald McGregor, Mike McMahan, L.W. Morris, George Norman, and Buddy Stewart.
