Violet Lucille Bailey

Violet Lucille Bailey, 89 of Vardaman, Mississippi passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in
Oxford, Mississippi.
Born Thursday, September 23, 1926 in Vardaman, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Eliard Inmon and the late
Violet Morgan Inmon. She was the wife of the late Wilmer Bailey.
She was a retired retailer and homemaker.
She was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughter, Carol Sue Bailey of Vardaman, MS, brother, Bobby Inmon and wife Suzanne of Vardaman, MS,
sisters, Betty Sue Inmon of Kenner, LA and Norma Faulkner of Houston, MS; 1 grand child; Phillip Herrod II, 1 great grand child; Amy Herrod.
She was predeceased by son, Phillip Graham Herrod, and a sister, Peggy Griffin.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Midway Baptist Church with the Bro. Fred Hartley officiating.
Interment will be in Midway Cemetery, Vardaman, MS.
Pallbearers will be: Tom Bailey, Norman Griffin, Danny Massey, W.J. McKinney, Chip Moore, and Paul Moore Jr.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Midway Baptist Church, Vardaman, Mississippi.
